"Since i arrived to the office at Concord childrens dental associates the way they are managing the front desk is very disturbing they kept asking for every information more that once even after doing paperwork and everything they keep missing my information. I ask prior schedule an appointment to see if they took my dental insurance and if the where in there network they said and took all my information over the phone. When I ARRIVED THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT THEY ASK ME AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE NOTHING I EXPLAINED THAT I ALREADY DID WITH THE PERSON THAT SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT. THE FRONT DESK LADY ANSWER THAT PERSON DOESN'T WORK HERE ANYMORE AND I ASK AGAIN THE SAME TO HER ABOUT THE INSURANCE SHE SAID YES WE TAKE IT WE ARE IN NETWORK AND TO MAKE THIS SHORT THEY ARE NOT THEY ARE ONLY SAYING YES TO GET PATIENTS. THIS LADY CALL ME AGAIN A MONTH LATER THAT THEY LOST MY ADDRESS INFORMATION AGAIN. GAVE THE ADDRESS SHE JUST HANG THE PHONE WHEN I WAS STILL TALKING SO I CALL BACK AND ASK WHAT IS GOING ON AND SHE EXPLAINED THAT SHE DOESN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE BILLING TO CALL THIS PERSON GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER AND HANG THE PHONE WHEN I WAS STILL TALKING. TO ME IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I ENCOUNTER WITH THIS SITUATION WITH A NEW DOCTOR. THEY TRULY DON'T HAVE ETIQUETTE or professionalism and commitment. They need better quality customer service and trained them with the right knowledge."
