"All in all I have had a good experience with dentists. The only thing I would recommend and I believe is very important is that the receptionist take detailed notes of every conversation over the phone. I called on 9/27 and spoke with receptionist at 3:01PM for 46 seconds. During this time we discussed cancellation of appointments and transferring over my records to new dentist. On 10/18 they send me a 25.00 bill regarding this appointment calling it a broken appointment. I hope they can right this wrong so I can update my review and make it 5 stars."

"Dr. Ahn of Dental Icon is a very competent and professionally responsible dentist. Dr Ahn has done a couple of dentures for me, and each was excellently done. In the process of making the upper denture, he would make great effort to examine my teeth sets conditions of the top and the bottom. Dr. Ahn has also done some crowns and bridges for my teeth and they are all very well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Ahn if you need any dental work."

"Never make appointments. You made appointment month ago. They change appointment 7 pm day before appointments And tell you. You are the one change appointment and You don’t have room for original appointments. Last time i went there they confused patient. Seems New office manager keep screwing up. So unfortunate, they have good Doc but can not manage schedule. Good bye."

"Very gentle dental. So gentle every single one of my cavities and my two children's cavities needed to be redone a year later. We went to someone else because of an insurance change and were VERY unhappy to find the dentist hadn't done a proper job.
