"I have recently transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS on the intersection of route 137 and 39. While all the pharmacy staff are very professional the CVS system has been chaos. Don't expect you call the pharmacy because the staff is constantly in overdrive. Get more help. But CVS has a system that makes things so much more difficult. I have had repeated reversals of my doctor's prescription order like they know my medical condition from some algorithms. But there is good news. I believe his name is Ethan has jumped into the situation and done his best to straighten out the mess. While working within the CVS dictatorship, he comes up with the solution. Hats off to Ethan and the generally helpful staff but the system is screwed up and keeps patients from valid scripts authorized by their more highly trained and patient experienced physicians. I hope some CVS manager decides to make this system more PATIENT FRIENDLY."
