"Store has a great selection of hardware and home products, but have to say service could be better. Ordered a gallon of stain on the Ben Moore site to pick up. No sign when you come in for pickups. (Baskin on 134 has a well-labeled shelf next to the front door.) The employee (not one of the younger ones, who all seem eager to help) said he didn’t know of an order and asked if I ordered it at the decorating store in town… uh, no. Well then did I just order it a minute ago? Uh, no, I got an email it was ready. Show him the email… oh, you ordered it from Ben Moore, not online. Well, I ordered online, from Ben Moore, which is the search result that comes up first. Really unnecessary to assume the customer is a dummy when the real issue is a lack of thinking through how to deal with online orders, not to mention customer service basics. Have never been treated this way at Baskin on 134 and they’ll get all my future business."
