"Room was very clean. Lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and let us check out late for no extra cost (check out is at 11 and we checked out at 1pm) cheap and worth it. Very very nice location and close to the beach. Ac works great and makes the room cold in minutes. Tv and cable works great. Shower and bathroom was very nice and clean. All together a 10/10 experience."

"I normally don't do reviews but I felt I needed to here. I have stayed in many hotels/motels/inns on Cape Cod from Hyannis to PTOWN and I have never dealt with such a strange vibe at a hotel before. We check in early and the lady was very nice and friendly but upon going into the place, it looked unlike the photos presented. The pool looks nice and that's probably the best part of the place but they had a whole group congregating, the entire time we were there, with living room furniture sitting outside their door that looked like it had been through a few seasons outside. And the whole picnic table area was taken over by this group as well so we were really limited to the vibe of being outside. It felt like this mentality of they were long term guests and didn't realize it was a hotel? Not even sure on that but that was a big negative for us. The inside was dirty and we felt it didn't get cleaned very well. The TV stand was super sticky, like someone spilled something and never wiped it up. When my daughter tracked some water into the room, with her feet, I wiped the little bit up and the paper towel was absolutely filthy and black. The beds looked cleaned but my daughter had a squished bug under her comforter. Looked like a spider. It was just an overall uncomfortable situation. I thought the place could be better if it was cleaned properly and the vibe didn't feel like it did for us. It just was very unsanitary and would probably be best left to those who stay there long term."

"Expecting a room that looks like what they advertise, we were shocked at the condition and filth in this room. On a positive note, the sheets and towels were clean. The room had such an odor we bought Lysol and Clorox wipes to sanitize the room. Unlike photos on their site, our room was mismatched and a hodgepodge of junk. Coffee pot, microwave and mirrors had not been wiped but were full of greasy fingerprints. Outside the window trash was piled up. I recommend you avoid this location even if it is the last available room. You’ll be more comfortable in your car."
