"Not good. It took 20 minutes to find some one to get me fish. I bought 8 the day before yesterday and 3 have already died. I should have known better when I watched a woman stick her bare unwashed hands in a tank and grab a fish to throw it in another tank. When the fish didn't eat it she reached in and grabbed it with her hands, drop the poor thing on the floor, pick it up and toss it in the first tank. Aside from being horrible to the animals it was clearly unsanitary."
