"Several bad experiences led me to choose another practice. My hygienists were always great, but they have a rotating door of dentists. One of whom, Dr Nguyen, insisted I get an enamel deformity filled on one of my front teeth, a preventative measure, even though I had it for 25+ years without issue. I eventually gave in, because he seemed very nice (and capable), and it was a hack job. The tooth is not smooth at all, the bond stops part of the way up the tooth with a thick line of demarcation. The back of the tooth feels permanently gritty. I mentioned this before leaving and he said that it was just new to me and I would get used to it. I went home and noticed that he also got rid of a piece of tooth on THE OPPOSITE SIDE, that he had mentioned was creating contact earlier in the appointment! He didn’t ask or tell me. I now have a gap between my front teeth that I didn’t have before! I called in about it and they told me I could be seen immediately if it was causing me issues, but it may just need time to get used to, I should bring it up at my next appointment. Of course, it was a new dentist at my next appointment and she would not revise another dentists work. I was also told if she did, for some reason agree, I would have to pay for the work. I couldn’t afford a cosmetic procedure, so as am left with this now. I was never rude or disrespectful with my concerns, despite my unhappiness. My smile is not my own. Months later, I had an insurance change but they believed they were in network and saw me anyway. The office was listed on my insurance website as being in-network also, so they saw me. I received a bill, called in and was told by the billing rep that she would look into it, after months of leaving messages, my follow-up date approached and I called in the day before to inquire again about the balance and was told that it was fine, to come on in. When I arrived, they told me that they would not see me without paying the balance first and that I would need to pay cash for that day’s appointment. When I asked how come they didn’t inform me of that on any of the numerous calls prior, the front desk rep said she didn’t know, as she looked through the notes for 5 minutes. Then she told me that there was a note months ago saying that they told me that they were not in-network and I was responsible for the balance, I said, that doesn’t are sense, I called every few weeks for an update and bever received that info. She shrugged it off and that they told me they could see me that day but I would also need to pay for X-rays. I asked if I could just get a cleaning, since I was there a d needed one, and they said they would ask the dentist. The dentist came out, said nothing directly to me, but one of the hygienist and also two more front office staff came out to the front, staring me down, and one began talking down to me loudly. I wasn’t sure why they felt they needed the entire office to “deal with me”. I hadn’t been loud or rude. But with their ganging up, I felt so small and intimidated. I had been coming there for years and referred many people (before the Dr. Nguyen debacle). They all were standing there as if they were ready to react to something, as the receptionist berated me loudly in front of other patients, before saying that I would need to pay upfront for the balance and X-rays, or leave. Of course, I left and never returned."

"Dr. Gibbs is a passionate, educated and over all she goes above and beyond. She really cares about her patients. Her kindness is infectious. When you leave her office you leave with a smile, hope and confidence that she is going to be there step by step in the progress of your treatment. The office staff is just as amazing. They are patient, kind and ALWAYS have smiles on their faces."
"There is no other practice that I would take my kids to. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Brian is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He knows how to make the kids smile. Jeanette is absolutely amazing. Both of my children get very nervous and one of them is neurodivergent. Jeanette does such an amazing job meeting them where they are at and helping them feel comfortable. She works with them gently, at their pace, and explains everything she is doing, while also finding little ways to make them smile. I cannot say enough good things about her and this practice!"
"The Team of Dr Gibbs and Pascale are amazing! We are so thankful for the compassion and kindness during routine visits as well as procedures. My 11 yr old no longer hates the dentist and genuinely likes seeing these two! We've had quite a few visits here (like too many lol) they are so patient and accommodating! Thank you Dr Gibbs and Pascale for getting my little one out of pain and easing his fear of the dentist! Highly recommend!"
