"My experience with Canal Side Dental has been a rollercoaster ride of frustration and disappointment. While I have always appreciated the skill of my dentist, Dr. A, the issues I've encountered with their handling of payments and their dishonesty have left a bitter taste in my mouth. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience has been their mishandling of payment information. I was initially assured that I was in-network, only to later discover that I was not. This miscommunication resulted in unexpected costs . To make matters worse, they charged me for a cleaning that they had promised was covered by my plan. After admitting their error, they assured me of reimbursement, but over six months have passed without any resolution. Adding to the frustration was their inconsistency regarding appointment costs. I was informed that my upcoming cleaning would be free due to their prior mistake in labeling me as in-network. However, upon arrival, I was told I had to pay for the cleaning despite their earlier commitment. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply unsettling. The pinnacle of my disappointment came when I was told my crown was ready for placement, only to discover it was a gold crown instead of the one I had discussed with them. The dental hygienist's insistence that I had ordered the gold crown was both perplexing and frustrating, especially since it was clear they had made the mistake in ordering. Rather than admitting their error, they chose to cover it up with more untruths. As a result of these numerous lies and deceptive practices, I've decided to discontinue my relationship with Canal Side Dental. It is disheartening to see a practice that appears to prioritize its own interests over the well-being and trust of its patients. I would caution anyone considering this dental office to exercise caution and verify everything they are told. My hope is that my experience serves as a warning for others and prompts the clinic to reconsider their approach to patient care and communication"

"I had been going to this office when I was a child when it was Dr winterly and Dr. Peterson.I loved Peterson as he didn’t try to have you do things just to make money. He was a honest man and did AMAZING work. As I became an adult I moved out of the town, I’ve NEVER found a dentist like him. So I’ve come back and he is no longer at the office. I was extremely nervous not knowing if I would EVER find a dentist like Dr. Peterson. I had my first appointment with DR. A…. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She gave me the same treatment as Dr. Peterson..
