"Our stay was great! It was clean and smelled nice. It was so appreciated to have the cleaning staff come in each day and tidy up, it made returning each evening very pleasant! The location worked great for us and was close to the beach!"

"This is an excellent place to stay for many reasons: the owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The location is 5 seconds from Rt 128 and maybe 5 minutes from downtown Gloucester. We stayed in "The Cabin" which is very roomy. The deck is small but secluded. The bathroom has plenty of shelf space and good water pressure/heat. The only reason this review is a 4 instead of a 5 is the bed. It's big, but the mattress is fairly worn out and sunken in a couple places. Plus, the center supports in the frame are wobbly and in good "toe stubbing" locations. However, I would stay here again in a hot second."

"We did not actually end up staying here due to an unforeseen circumstance. We had planned to stay here after a positive experience in 2007--our last trip to this area. Our room was prepaid. When the unforeseen circumstance happened, the owners were very accommodating and recommended their direct competition in order to ensure that we had a pleasant stay in Gloucester, and promptly returned our money. During these tough times for the travel industry, this was greatly appreciated and speaks to their desire to please their guests. When we come back to the area, we will make sure that we stay here!"

"Nice Motel in the Wingaersheek Beach area. The setting is wooded, and area safe and yet directly off of highway exit but doesn’t feel that way. Very quiet, except for owls and birds chirping that make the setting even more likable. The rooms are Comfortable, and well appointed, allowing for a very clean and comfortable home-like atmosphere. Bedding and linens are of higher quality, as are the toiletries. Kitchenettes provide everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal, from pots & pans & cutlery, dishware and glasses to potholders and dishtowels. Owners are kind, accommodating and children friendly, live on-site and are available to offer a friendly and hospitable stay at this not so average Inn & Motel!"
