"Great stay. Loved the vintage architecture and feel of the place. Super sweet management. Parking is challenging for for bigger vehicles, but most of Boston is difficult for big vehicles."

"Is a good place to visit Boston. The rooms are clean and cosy. The house makes an inviting impression. You're fast with the bus in Boston. The center of Winthrop is a short walk away, where you can have a good beer in the evening. But what we liked best was the hospitality of Joan. She is a great hostess. It's a great little BnB."

"This is the perfect place to stay, especially on a girls’ trip. We felt safe (even when we arrived late from a concert), and the local Winthrop taxi service is amazing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and Joan was an excellent hostess. We were so charmed by our BNB and Winthrop, we didn’t want to leave."

"Great location. Easy check-in. Charming place. I would stay again if I'm ever in the area. The room I booked was right off the dining room. (It was the nautical themed room). It wasn't a bother while I was there, but future guests may want to know this. The sink, toilet and tub was clean. The bed and pillows are a bit soft for my preference, but I still slept decent. The blankets were great!"

"This was the first night of our 25th anniversary tour. We were treated like royalty! We arrived to find an envelope with room/key instructions inside. Our room was a bit small (cozy) but very clean, warm and inviting. Despite being near the airport it was very quiet in our room. Outside was very nice as well. All the homes in the area are very neat and tidy. Some are quite charming. A short stroll from the room lead to a wonderfull view of the bay and the airport. Watching planes take off and land at sunset was a big hit w both of us. Breakfast was just as good. Very pleasant hostess, hot coffee and yummy food waiting for us in a very elegant dining room. Outstanding job, no complaints."
