"The Somerset is a great building that desperately needs a competent property manager. My husband and I moved in on 3/1 to a brand new unit and our in-unit washing machine has never worked. We have reached out to the property management company dozens of times and we haven't received a call back, just two vague emails stating they are working on figuring out a fix. This has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience at what should be a lovely new building."
