Reviews
"Bricco suites called me the day before my reservation to say they triple booked my room and cancelled my stay. Left me trying to find a room with less than 24 hours on a weekend night. Prices were triple with that short of notice. Staff was not remorseful. They didn’t care at all to leave me stranded without a place to stay"
"Beds were soooo comfortable! Extremely clean suite. Narrow steep stairs with railing. Very roomy for all luggage with large closets. Would love a real coffee pot. Check in process was smooth and hosts friendly and helpful."
"I would NOT recommend staying here.It is not a hotel, these are apartments not rooms. You have to enter through the restaurant with your luggage while people are eating, there is no front desk either. You have to park at the parking garage which is 10 minutes away and walk back to the hotel. Our room were up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. The location is great because of the restaurants and pastry shops, but it was NOT a hotel, if you need anything no one knows what to do -a simple task for cappuccinos was a difficult task which we were unsure why when it is a restaurant. My husband had to speak to a manager and after everyone looked at each other puzzled we were able to have them in our room, but still waiting for our water to arrive. We wanted a restful night, but the construction noise all night made it an unpleasant, I don't think a jack hammer is pleasing to anyone especially with a child. And to add more to our awful stay, the coffee maker did not work and the hot water spilled everywhere. When we checked out at 11 am there was no one present to give our keys to, so we left them on the counter, hopefully when they opened the restaurant they got them. I do not recommend staying here -if you like to walk and hit people with your luggage and interrupt them while they eat-be their guest!"
"I will start by saying that the rooms themselves look really good and the service from staff was great. However, check in is inside the incredibly busy Bricco restaurant so we were queued in a narrow hallway waiting to get into a cramped restaurant to get room keys for about ten minutes with our bags. As for the room, everything was good until it was late and the other guests arrived. All late night and early morning long we could hear the upstairs guests stomping back and forth. This was on top of the fact that we were placed directly next to an alleyway that was super busy in the early morning - people throwing out trash in the dumpsters, trucks backing up and then getting loaded, and lots of people working loudly. It was the worst sleep I ever had at a hotel."
"The staff was warm and efficient. They asked detailed questions about our experience with them. The rooms were bright, modern and meticulously clean. The location is superb. It is in the midst of the most delightful Italian restaurants I've been to since I was in Florence."
