"Patient, honest, he has extracted two of my teeth and done well both times. Would recommend."
"Absolutely horrible 100% I'm a tough dude and never had trouble with going to the dentist but right from the beginning getting my consultation done I got a evil vibe from the doctor. Nurses were cool but this Dr. barely numbed me and rushed so fast taking out 4 molars like he wanted nothing to do with me. Didnt even sew the wide open holes shut but im sure he charged my insurance for way more which im looking into right now. I will never refer this guy to anyone, im not even the type of dude to write reviews but this place is horrible 100%"
"As I sat in the waiting room nervous I overheard screaming coming from the back… already nervous I watched a young lady leave in tears visually upset.. I expressed my anxiety n reasoning to the nurse who reassured me it was solely a consultation. The dentist from the beginning was very rude! He said he couldn’t tell which teeth needed to be pulled yet I have 2 that are infected n can be seen r in need of extraction. He then went on to say there’s 2 more besides that 1 that need to go as well. I asked if it was the 2 bone splinters that were left behind from a previous dentist due to not being asleep n moving n an awful traumatic experience hence why I was seeking out an oral surgeon. After dealing with the dentist clearly being annoyed obv being upset with the previous pt he started to take it out on me. He said he would not put me to sleep and could only do local anesthesia. I explained how I did that before and could feel everything and was moving and as a result now have ptsd as well as the 2 bone splinters left behind.. he insisted that due to my history of cancer he did not want to put me to sleep. I explained how I have been all clear for 3 yrs now and my oncologist gave me the ok to get my dental work done. I also explained how it’s more dangerous to keep an infected tooth inside one’s mouth as opposed to taking a chance in removing it surgically. I left the office extremely upset crying and shaking. I’m scared I’ve survived stage 4 cancer to only fall sick to an infected tooth. The nurses were not understanding at all n just kept repeating it was his office and he could refuse anyone. I understand this but also understand there’s a way to speak with someone. There’s a calming nature a dentist must present in order to accompany all of the diverse individuals that may walk thru your door! As a cancer pt I can’t imagine never being out to sleep for any future dental procedures. I asked how long would i need to wait and got no answer. I asked if he could refer me to someone else and with his back turned disregarding my emotions n feelings and stated they will take care of you out front… as someone who walked into this office already nervous and anxious the dentist not his nurses did anything to assist in actually being helpful. They were even condescending when they said this is why u can’t find a dentist! I was upset but I’m having trouble finding a dentist to accept my ins not due to anything else! I would not recommend anyone going to this office esp if you have any sort of dental anxiety! It was an awful experience from the waiting room to when I left in tears! Plz do better!"
