"Our dog just got back from a grooming session in Mansfield. We asked for a basic was with nail buff and was given a quote of $46 when our daughter arrived with the dog. That matched what we had seen online and since we use Vetco decided to give it a try. When done the charge was $86. We were told they didn't take into account "our type of dog" which is a 48 lb shorthair puppy. Complete rip-off. Bait & switch at your local store."

"Save yourself the trouble and take your pet to another place. The staff are so rude and do not care for the pets at all. They also mess up the appointments very easily and don’t even show the courtesy of taking responsibility and fixing the mistakes on their end. Lisa had our dog and she was very mean. I cannot believe someone with such poor ethics would choose this line of business. Never coming back here."
