"I've had three appointments, one for a cleaning, one for a filling, and one because the filling still hurt terribly two weeks later. The first time they didn't start until 20 minutes after my appointment, the second tume 50 minutes, the third time an HOUR and 15 late!! The hygienist was lovely, but the dentist seemed completely dismissive and unengaged. I've never minded going to the dentist before, but these guys made getting a filling really torture! The filing still hurts a month later, and when I'm missing an appointment because the sitter called in sick, they need to charge me $50. I was forgiving about the hours I've spent in their waiting room, but I won't be returning now. Hopefully another dentist can redo my filling. :("
