Kim is a great assistant to doc and also pleasant to talk to. Never waited more than 5 minutes. I wish I had met them years ago so my experiences with dentists would have been positive. "DO NOT GO HERE!! Laura (office manager if you can believe that) is so rude and incompetent. Dr. Silberman should I it or her conversations because she is turning patients away! I told the Dr that referred me to this office to NEVER send anyone there ever again. Horrible experience. And if you call she hangs up on you. Extremely unprofessional!"

"The Periodontist & his medical staff have always provided quality & caring service. The office personnel have been helpful until recently when Laura, hired earlier this year in billing argued with me concerning a balance supposedly owed for 18 mos. of which I have no knowledge. She was unwilling to believe that I had not received mailed statements although I explained that we are retired, spending Winters in the USVI & may have not received them. She asked why I had not contacted the office to ask if I had a bill. I said that I did not call because I thought that what I had paid at my last appt. was payment in full. I then asked her why, in 18 mos. the office had never called me! Her tone was rude & sarcastic & she hung up on me, twice! This type of treatment in a medical setting is a 1st for me; similar offices do & have always shown care & concern, treating me with the utmost respect. When I asked for Laura’s supervisor she informed me that she had none & when I joked that she must then own the business she said that she did everything there. When I incredulously asked who else I might speak with to discuss this matter she responded that her only boss was the Periodontist who she claimed was there & who concurred with her conduct. Needless to say that after using this office for several years & having spent many thousands for services not covered by insurance , I will not be returning due to disgraceful treatment over a $131.58 bill!"

"The office and waiting area are tidy but a little delapidated and dated. It feels like the nineties frozen in time. The staff are friendly, well mannerd and proficient. The gentle tunes of the 60's and 70's float through the air mingled with a scent of something herbal or onion like. An overall pleasant experience, though nothing wowed me about the practice."
