"Awesome sauce. I had a root canal done, and i was occasionally laughing as I participated in small talk, as best as i could, happening between Dr. Parella and the surgical helper woman, Susan or Susi; forgive my memory. Both were great. Pleasant atmosphere. Most hands on work is an art, and a skilled provider can make an otherwise unpleasant experience barely register on the pain scale. Take the clumsy phlebotomist, for example, perforating your arm until someone more skilled strikes true and saves you from further torment. Dr P. Makes even the initial injection of novacaine, or whatever is in use now, minimally unpleasant. Even 9 hrs after the procedure was complete, I’m not particularly uncomfortable. I also like that i was shown x-ray progress shots as he performed the procedure, so i could see for myself. He really took care to do a good job and not just rush through, man-handling by jaw in the process to hit high volumes of patients in a day. I was able to go about my day without my jaw, with three root bits having been removed, causing me any excess discomfort."
