"I have a very irrational fear of the dentist. It’s always been difficult for me to be comfortable in a dental office and chair due to this. Due to my anxieties it had been an unbelievably long time since I’d been in to see a Dentist(8 years). Over the past year I knew I really needed to figure it out and find a practice and bite the bullet. The staff at Dr. Lally’s office were incredibly kind and reassuring from the moment I came in(I was embarrassed how long it had been). Engaging in casual conversation and genuine interest, I have been able to get to know the staff and them to know me. Getting fillings is terrifying for me and especially having needles in my mouth. Q, the dental assist who was aiding Dr. Dautaj, held my hand and rubbed my forehead to help ease the anxiety and help me relax. It was one of the most kind gestures I have ever experienced. The worked performed by Dr. Dautaj was flawless and I have the upmost confidence in this team and their work. I will never go anywhere else."

"Dr lally and her team are so kind and accommodating; I had a lot of anxiety about getting fillings and going to the dentist in general and they made me feel safe and comfortable. I also have issues with noises etc and they gave me some suggestions to help deal with it. All of the dentists and hygienists clearly care a lot about my comfort and wellbeing, and they have also really helped my teeth. I would definitely recommend this dentist if you are nervous or need some extra support in general. Very efficient, caring, and polite. Thank you"

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. First they do amazing work, I have never had an issue after being seen here. But what is most important to me is how they treat you. They educate you on better care practices without making you feel like you’re in trouble. They make sure you are comfortable! I recently got really sick which has lead to a lot of anxiety that I’ve never experienced before. I was very nervous about getting my dental work done but they did everything they can to help me through it, including breaks to let me sit up and relax for a moment, talking me through the process and just being very comforting. I moved this year but I will always make the drive to this place if I still live in MA, I cannot give them high enough praises. If u need a dentist, this is the spot!"

"For my first visit as a new patient, everything goes kind of okay until asking me to pay the bills. My insurance is really good and could cover a lot of service. But I just couldn't expect it charges me 40s bucks for my first visit, which is just annual oral evaluation and teeth clean(not deep clean). They sent me the bill just a few days after visiting without any details about what this fee is charged for!!! And they replied me back with just total nonsense reason first time when I sent email to ask for details. They finally gave the 'reasonable' reason for this bill. It turns out instead of regular teeth clean, they did full mouth debridement, which is not 100% covered by my insurance. However, the doctor didn't emphasize my teeth cleaning is not regular clean. And I didn't feel much difference from regular clean, which made me shocked when I received the bill. All in all, the service itself is okay. But I feel they're very unprofessional when they come to charge you."

"I just love this place. I am a very anxious patient and hate anything to do with the dentist, and they are so awesome; they make what can be a very negative experience in to one that is relaxing, gentle, and very informative - I feel like they are on my team and supporting me on my path to better dental health. The staff are all extremely friendly and do a great job of walking you through each step and keeping you relaxed during dental procedures. They also have great music in the office! I wouldn't go anywhere else."
