"Horrifying experience. Took my 4 yr old for a few cavities. I was told that would not be able to stay in the room with my child while they worked on my child's teeth, so I was asked to sit in the waiting room but after hearing my child scream out for me 3 times ,enough was enough, I went back to the room to find the Assistant restraining my child while the doctor worked on my child mouth. I left with my child immediately."

"Terrible orthodontist!! Do not waste your time. My son has had his braces for almost 4 YEARS when I was told 2-2.5 the most. Staff sucks, Dr sucks, their “protocols” suck. I’ve tried switching him but no one takes transfer patients. I never leave reviews anywhere. This place however , needs to be known! Trust me and look elsewhere!"

"So I called to make an appointment for the first time and had to reschedule it do to my baby being sick. And my second appointment my ride bailed last minute so I called to reschedule again and they said they couldn’t because there was two rescheduled appointments!!! Reallyyy? Not to mention they never pick up when u call!!! People have situations that happen and I was recommended to this place but I see its wayyyy tooo strict.. would not recommend if you have daily obstacles and lots of kids!!! You guys should be more considerate"

"Consultation went great Waiting for a follow up from the office after the consultation was a complete fail Going on two weeks and have yet to hear back from Donna. Hmmmmm I guess they don’t need my money or maybe they thought I didn’t have any Bottom line is they truly could care less about their potential patients is what I get from this. Go see someone who cares and follows through with the call back they say they will give at the least"
