"WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced! The orthodontist receptionist is extremely unprofessional, and the establishment as a whole is just unorganized. I pulled my child from the orthodontist because it was literally just an awful experience for both of us, appointments canceled without even contacting us, extremely rude employees. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR KID(S) here!"

"Super hard to reach out to I have to appointments scheduled way ahead for my wisdom teeth removals needed to call to schedule it sooner, have been on wait for 20+ minutes! On a Saturday and they just opened waiting Time should not be this long (Post edit took 30 minutes and they are not even open even though it says open on the website and was told the only thing I can do is wait until another 3 days to only call and see from there what they can do)"

"They don't even deserve 1 star. The most unprofessional place I've ever experienced. Staff talks about people when they hang up about the person who called, in front of waiting room. It should NOT take 2+ hours for a cleaning. My minor child was locked inside and me outside when I took a phone call from a client. I told them I'd be right back. 5 mins later front staff locked door & walked out. I took 6 mins. Furious is an understatement!"

"Truly terrible customer service. Can only make an appointment over the phone as an adult, took 30 mins speaking to the english reps and they all told me there was no availability for 5 months and thats after several just hung up on me. I decided to try a hail mary and use the spanish line instead and was able to get an appointment in 2 months smh. Just terrible."
