"Worst person to work for, never showed any empathy or remorse for her staff. Says alot about how she treats her patients. She doesn't care, all she cares about is malpractice, money and herself. Still think about how terribly she treated me 6 years ago highly urge you seek more ethical and genuine care. She is just not it. Once saw her stab a patient with a needle so hard I was shocked and didn't care how much it hurt the patient"
"BEWARE- I've gone to many dentists, and after my sister had a bunch of work done on her mouth I decided to start going. She did say she didn't like dr M, but I was assigned to her and didn't take her advice. Well, I should've- dr m dropped the drill in my mouth and she just walked away to have her assistant help me - didn't see her again. I called the next day since I was bleeding so bad, but the dr was just like rinse and you will be fine. Wrong - I was in pain and almost went to the er, not to mention ptsd I have now with dentists. I expected at a minimum a full refund so I could go get my crown elsewhere- I was fully charged and no refund was given!! Who the heck would return to a dentist with no skill or bedside manner! Other areas she worked on previously had to be corrected as well. To add to the horror of this place - they force you to pay before the work is done and insurance kicks in - it's all about $$$ and not your health. There are so many amazing dentists - steer clear of this place."
"I’m a big mess when I need dental work but I was sooooo lucky to find Dr Mancuso. It was over 10 yrs ago and my friend said she found a place that “caters to cowards” so I took a chance. I’m so thankful for that day; Dr Mancuso makes me feel comfortable and she’s always calm and friendly. She listens when I’m talking about issues or discomfort with my teeth. She just so kind and my teeth are so much better. I’m getting invisilign now and I’m almost done. Thank you Dr Mancuso for your patience and making me feel good about my teeth again."
"Think again before going to this dental practice! My insurance company verified that Dental Health Care of Woburn overcharges for their services and they misrepresented what my patient responsible payment was supposed to be. Aetna stated that the procedure I had should have been charged at $244. I paid $131 out of pocket at the time of service, which Dental Health Care said covered my portion of the procedure. Then Dental Health Care of Woburn charged me an ADDITIONAL $580 after the fact. So, besides the $78 paid by my insurance company, I was forced to pay $711 out of pocket for a procedure that my insurance company said should have been charged at total of $244. The Collections person Sue was not helpful at all. When Aetna called the office to protest the charges, they said Kathy was dismissive and condescending. You can do better than going to this dental practice."
