"BE AWARE! This place will tell you to do unnecessary dental work to get the $$ out of your pocket. Their office looks nice, but they only want to get the $$ out of the insurance or your pocket. They are not there for the "best care for your teeth," as they claim. Here is why: They booked my daughter's teeth cleaning appointment and told me they could do the filling work for her on the same day. But after that, they said the doctor did not have time that day, and we had to return. I asked her if it would be the same doctor, and she said No, it would be a new doctor. Even though I was not quite happy since I was given the false information, I still decided to try her. I waited for 2 weeks until Dec 27 and got an email at 8:30 am on the same day saying they could no longer see my daughter today. I asked why, and they said they were overbooked. They can only see me in 2 weeks! The fact is, I have planned to use her $2000 insurance by the end of the year. This totally messed up our planning for THIS AND NEXT year! I was upset and told them they should have told me earlier so I had time to look for another dentist. I also said that I would look for another, more reliable dentist and that I would not bring my other daughter for her teeth cleaning this afternoon. They threatened me that they would charge me for her missed appointment. Do you think it is fair, WOBURN FAMILY DENTAL, that you can randomly cancel my appointment but charge me for the missed appointment fee? In addition, they suggested some services that did not help. One thing is that they suggested sealant and said it would prevent my daughter's cavity for at least 2-3 years. Each tooth is $80 out of pocket. We paid thousands of $$ for my three daughters. It turned out that the sealant did nothing and they still had cavities. The funny thing is, they asked them to do them again only after 1 year. Another example, they did a retainer for my teeth grinding and told me that my insurance did not cover it. I called my insurance, who said the office sent in no code or description for the claim. This is typical, they made a mistake, then tell you to be responsible for it. I was once laid off with no income and asked them if they could give me a break with some of my dental charges, like $400 instead of the $500 out-of-pocket cost (with insurance paying thousands already). They said No, not even a penny - another example of what they really care about. I can give you more examples like this. I suggest anyone who does not want more hassle in dental care stay away from this office. Do yourself a favor and find an honest and ethical dentist who isn't just there for $$. BTW, their Google reviews have many fake ones, and they asked people to give 5 stars. How do I know, because they asked me too, and I refused!"

"I've had a few issues I let go on for too long trying to tough it for no reason because the pain would eventually subside. But after recently turning 30 I felt it was time to start taking my dental hygiene more seriously and a Google search leading me across town to Woburn Family Dental was the best thing I could have asked for. I've now been twice, have had interactions with quite a few of the staff and everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. They have my next couple of months of treatment laid out and I'm happy I started the journey. Choose this business for sure."

"This has to be the best dentist practice I've been to in years. The doctor Saroha is super friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist Tawnya is also very patient with all my questions and gentle and friendly, and the receptionists explain all benefits & charges so thoroughly without being upset at any questions. They're very straightforward about what they charge for and what they don't, just totally above board, honest, and professional. And did I mention that it's spotlessly clean? So glad I found this place!"

"I literally just left the dentist less than an hour ago. Boy, was it an experience. I have never in my 29 years of living and my years of going to a dentist have had an experience like this one. Let me start off saying I booked my appointment online yesterday. I was able to fill out all the forms and called in to verify my insurance. QUICK & EASY! Got to the office today and it’s clean and cozy. The women at the front desk were attentive. I was called back and right off the rip Tawnya was kind and very informative. Information I had never received from previous dentist offices. The whole appointment was amazing! I need two wisdom teeth removed and was given my referral right on the spot. The doctor came in for my final look over and that was the icing on the cake. She did a quick check but like I’ve said many times in this review I have never received a look over like this one. I immediately recommended to everyone I know. Thank you ladies, this was a 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
