"This place is HORRIBLE!!! They injured my 4 month old puppy, saying that he was anxious and not working with them, but this wasn't even my puppy's first grooming, he had gotten groomed at 3 months. Additionally these people are wildly racist. After several requests on our end to reimburse my puppy's $500 medical bill that the vet said was caused by them and asking them to reimburse my puppy's grooming fee, they began to outright insult my mother. The owner called my mom throwing allegations of trying to get money out of their business and making fun of her accent in a mocking tone. He threw around made-up laws and threatened my immigrant mother with lawsuits when it was OUR puppy that was hurt by THEM. PAWS AND CLAWS IS A SCAM AND THEY STAFF IS FILLED WITH HORRIBLE INHUMANE PEOPLE!!!! They do not care about vour pet. all they care about is their money. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. They are a horrible business with a racist staff. My mother tried to work with them in the most professional way possible, in fact she didn't even present the claim to them our puppy's vet did. This business is money-sucking themselves and trying to make it seem like we are the money-sucking ones. Just because we are immigrants and people of color does not mean that we are out to scam everyone for money. The ONLY reason we were getting a reimbursement IS because our puppy was physically abused and injured by these horrible people. It's not like we're complaining about his haircut or the quality of the treats, we are complaining about a serious issue. Yet, instead of working with us and trying to find a way to compensate for injuring our puppy, these horrible people find no other way to deal with situations that to exercise the power structures that have been in place for years and THREATENING US. DO NOT GO TO PAWS AND CLAWS!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Great experience. On one visit my cat wasn’t shaved enough and the owner instantly got on phone and said next time she would personally cut my persian. Everyone is always super friendly and my cat came out perfect and they even gave me a little Xmas bag w/ cookies n toys! Also not one other groomer would take my cat because of covid and I just got him so they weren’t taking anyone néw. So glad paws n claws was willing to get me in! Thanks again ! Highly recommend for any pet!"
