"I would like to Thank the doctors and staff at Norton Animal Hospital for the fine care they have given our dog Jasper over the last 14 yrs. Unfortunately we had to euthanize our baby due to Dementia. The whole experience was extremely painful but the Doctor and staff made us and Jasper feel better. "I must start by saying that until yesterday, 4/18/23 I had never been to Norton Animal Hospital. My 16-month-old Great Pyrenees, Bella, was in crisis. It is too lengthy and complex to explain here but it came on suddenly and severely. I was on the phone for an entire day with various animal care providers looking for guidance, help, and options. I was in the impossible position that no dog owner wants to face, and the only humane choice was to put down young Bella. Dr. Kristin Miller (who was on vacation but took the time to speak to me) and Dr. Shawna Li, and their very caring staff went way above and beyond to help me and to make sure that Bella could pass peacefully in my presence. I was begging my (former) regular vet for this and could not get help. If there are angels on Earth, I have just encountered them. Words cannot express and “thank you” just isn’t enough."
