"You can tell they care about animals. They are experienced and guide you from start to end. Other big name stores have NOTHING on this family owned shop. You can tell the animals are healthy and happy, waiting for a new home. I hear they also foster pets! What a wonderful thing to do. You won't regret paying a visit here!"

"I came here to buy a bird because I wanted to support a small business instead of a big corporation like Petco. But after seeing the living conditions of the birds I couldn't buy one here in good conscience. Please consider putting the birds in bigger cages, and giving them some toys. Many birds along the walls were in cages much too small for them, and didn't have any toys to play with. They looked so sad. The enclosures were also lined with wood shavings which isn't good for birds. I want to assume good intentions. The staff were friendly and I'm sure they care about the wellbeing of the animals, and just don't have the information they need to meet their needs. It might be worth looking into the idea of reducing how many birds they have at a time so that each bird can have more room and toys. I would love to come back here if some changes were made. As a bird lover it's nice to see so many different kinds of feathered friends."

"I'm big on adoption vs pet stores, but understand alot of folks use them. That being said, this is the best one I've ever been in. I've been in many times as their lines of bird food are far better quality, vacuum packaged and more cheaply priced than what's offered in the chain stores. They always treat the animals kindly, as if they're their very own pets,no matter if is finned, furred, feathered or scaled! Wide variety of birds and furred friends UPDATE 7/23: WOW thier new makeover is awesome! Lots of birds, lizards, tortoises, fish, degus..the list goes on and on. They were great before, totally awesome now!! A must see!!"

"SO MANY ANIMAAALSSS I'd like to add that the pets sold there are well taken care of and in respective areas. Food is pricey but for more than enough with amount. Many things for your exotic pets! 100% recommend. Just look at these beauties. Only thing is the macaw should be in a bigger cage, other than that amazing."
