"I had a great experience !!! Everyone there was very thorough and caring. Jennifer (Front desk assistant) was very polite and followed up for the forms and past records. Lauralina (Hygienist) did a great job cleaning and made me feel confident and comfortable that she knew what she was doing. Dr. Dallmeyer is wonderful. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. I would recommend to my friends and family !!"

"This place is a piping hot mess! AVOID IT! I asked for replacement dentures and the first thing they did was put me in a seat and tried to x-ray my teeth! Next, they took molds of my gums. And broke them! Then they canceled an appointment hours before it was supposed to happen to send me to another location OUT OF TOWN to get X-rays of my gums (they didn't have an x-ray machine!) Then, at the next appointment to redo the molds that were broken, they told me to come in at 1:00 p.m. but they locked the doors! For lunch! They let us customers sit in the Aug summer heat parking lot until they came and unlocked the door! Then!!! I get a call a day before my next appointment saying that my doctor quit! And that I would have to come back on a Tuesday because she would return Tuesdays to finish her cases. Who tells their customer right in the middle of a procedure that their doctor quit!? So I changed my appointment and this happens.. they locked me out again for lunch. And!!! My doctor didn't come in until 1:30 because she didn't know she had an appointment! No one told her that the appointment was canceled and moved because she had quit. I filed a complaint with headquarters who acknowledged everything I'm writing here. Acknowledged every single mistake I'm listing here. And their response to this all? Just a "Oops! We're sorry!" Oh, and, "Our manager is a first time manager!" Did I mention that when I wanted to complain at the office itself, I was given a technician to talk to and the manager avoided talking to me? This was also acknowledged by headquarters. Did I also mentioned IT TOOK FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS to get my dentures!!!!????? By all means, and I mean it, stay away from this place! I wish I could give it less than one star!!!!"
