"The absolute worst. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You basically have to fight them to get your own money back. I had a receipt with medical office, cc payment, description of service, even the exact TOOTH I had worked on, and they wouldn't reimburse me with my own money. They needed "more information." It's a fight every time to just get your own money back. There was no manager to speak to me and I was told they might be able to call me back in a couple hours."

"Predatory and aggressive practices forgetting that they simply administer the money from your own paycheck, to pay your own medical bills. They go into hyperdrive if your account usage annually goes above where the monthly draw total is for the year. Will find every reason to reject a receipt request, expecting multiple steps of resubmission. Even when their own App has a technical issue preventing receipt submissions from happening it isn’t their issue and they repeatedly ask you to go through all machinations again with your medical provider (!) and use their desktop access, rather than acknowledge the issue is on their end. Bonus: choosing the “we will call you back when a rep is available” still places you on hold (!!) in the callback. And if their call drops while speaking to a rep, they don’t call back. If there were zero stars, I’d choose that."

"Worst company for employee benefits. Not surprised that from 70 reviews only 1 star rating. Probably would be worse if they allow 0 star ratings. After 2 phone calls turns out that FSA claim payment hasn’t even been processed. First time payment supposedly was deposited to non-existing account and when asked how it could be possible to deposit to account that doesn't exist, there was no clear answer why it would happen. When I asked to add account so direct deposit could be processed, was told that for some reason they can't add bank account and payment must be issued in check. 2 weeks later turns out that check hasn't been processed...I heard the same excuse multiple times that is the busy season and process takes a while. Really?? To receive money that should be in your account…Clearly this company dragging their feet and coming with all sorts of excuses to delay reimbursement."
