"I wouldve loved to say that I enjoyed my experience here however, from my first initial visit (where the receptionist let me know that something with my insurance wasn’t working & there, allowed me to fix it before entering my appt) to going into my second appt & the same receptionist allowing me to go into the appt without letting me know that when running my insurance, something , again, was up with it not working. I walked out of my appt thinking everything was good and she informed me that my cleaning would cost over $400. I was dumbfounded. Had I known, I wouldn’t have kept my appt until my insurance was figured out. Very disappointing. Also- don’t get guardian dental. Their insurance is wacky."

"Not in a million years would I think that I would actually like coming to the dentist but ever since I found Gental Dental in Seekonk I can honestly say that is very much the case now! Dr. Kim has provided the best possible care & is always the kindest person. I have saw him 5 times now & every time he’s in the best of moods & does the best of dental work. His team is also great! I had Iesha for a filling & she made the experience one of my best to date. She’s awesome & truly provided me with best of care. Very personable & intelligent, great employee. Thank you Iesha! "My girls and I had just moved from California. Getting settled and being able to find a good dentist, school, doctor, ANYTHING is a daunting process! My partner was already a client of Gentle Dental and they happened to have started their pediatric office. I’m not sure if my girls were their first clients, but they did an AMAZING job. My oldest (8) is Autistic ADHD and dental visits were always a struggle, but to my surprise she did much better than she has at her appointments before in California! There were still difficulties, but the staff was VERY patient and gentle with her. The young assistant that did the initial assessment was very sweet and did everything she could to make both daughters comfortable. I loved that she took her time to show and explain the tools that they were going to use on them, even let them touch them to ease any anxiety. Letting them become familiar with the area and tools makes a huge difference for children because creating the feeling of safety, comfort, and trust can make all the difference in how the children may respond. They managed to get her to open her mouth to look in it and do even just a little bit of treatment. Everything they were able to get done on her was as good as it got, but it was definitely more than she’s ever let her previous dental office do. My youngest was always pretty cooperative during her appointments so she did well, but they were still just as equally attentive to her. Overall I commend the entire staff for making this experience so positive and pleasant for us. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Hope you enjoyed the treats! ~Roxxy"
