"The dentists and hygienists are great and make you feel taken care of but unfortunately the only reason I won't be going back is due to the fact they are beyond expensive and I DO have insurance! The price I was given was a shock so I went elsewhere and the services were covered 100 % whereas at Southcoast they said it wasn't and I didn't just go to one dentist to compare prices I went to a few since I felt I was being ripped off. No other dentist quoted me so unbelievably high like them. The only other issue I had was the unprofessional front staff, last time I was there they were going on and on about an "annoying staff member who luckily didnt go in that day". Like I said the dentists and hygienists are great and informative but this place isn't for me. Unfortunately, I referred many people there including family and without having the chance to tell them they've told me of the pricing issue and many of them have found new dentists or in the process."
