"Unfortunately I was never able to get in to see the doctor. When I originally scheduled my appointment I had to wait over 2 months to be seen as a new patient. As my appointment came closer I realized I needed to change the time as I couldn't go at 9:15 any longer. I was then told I had to wait over 2 months again to get in. As a new patient that doesn't seem very fair or flexible especially as for the most part I am available all day everyday for the next 3 weeks as well as over the past 2 months. Very disappointed and frustrated that I have wasted so much time."
