"I had such a great experience, everything went easy and smooth! By far the best in town, highly recommend."
"I was in need of an implant or new bridge as my old bridge was worn out and falling out. This was extremely embarrassing and I explained to them how I needed a new tooth asap. They said they contacted my insurance to see what would be covered. After two phone calls they said they were still waiting to hear back.. I contacted another dentist and was seen the next day. I had an answer about the insurance coverage at that visit and had a new bridge within two weeks. Horrible customer service and they do not care about their patients. I found out that the new crowns they said I needed were not. I am not one to leave a review but after being contacted today to confirm a cleaning appointment it made my frustration return. Do not go here!!! They lie and do not genuinely care about anything but their own bank accounts."
"I will never recommend this place. I went for a cleaning that took like 5 minutes to be done. And then the doctor told me that I needed to change my fillings because were too old which is not true and told me all work I needed with my teeth which I don’t need. At the end the secretary told me that my insurance will cover the fillings and that I have to pay just $290 for the 4 fillings I accepted and make my appointment but when I get there to start with the fillings they told me I have to pay $250 for each fillings so I said no thank you. The cleaning was done too fast they do not take the time to deeply clean and then they will offer you a deep cleaning for more money. NO THANK YOU TO THIS PLACE !!"
"Everyone is very thoughtful, kind and professional. Once I got in the chair, Dr. Lekkhar helped me to relax and feel comfortable. My crowns are beautiful and natural looking. She is a gentle, dental artist!!"
"I visited this dentist for implants. During the first visit she was very nice, confident and professional. During my implants surgery my anesthesia stated wearing out because they were busy taking pictures. The surgeon didn't showed any patience and ended up messing up one of my implants by not putting it up straight which resulted in later problems on how my teeth look. Then I keep asking for the receipts and the price, first said this work cost 16,000, then 18,000 then 20,000. The receptionist kept giving me stickies as my balance and prices kept changing . Until the point I became upset and the Dentist took me to her office and there she realized the work she was doing in my mouth was miscalculated by the receptionist/assistant. At this moment she started acting different and frustrated and started to increased the prices by telling me when we billed the insurance is less and when I billed is more money. Awkward! At this point I became upset and told her I wanted my work to be completed. She went and place one temporary crown which I found out later with another cosmetic surgeon. When she placed the bridge together with the implants she complained all the way on how much money she was loosing with my work. I ended up with a terrible dental work for $18,000. Which I am redoing again with another more professional dental surgeon. Oh! I almost forgot that after a year of this nightmare I receive a bill of something she forgot to charge . Not knowing that I have save all my paperwork where it says $0. balance . I consider them very disorganized and sloppy."
