"So my main issue with this inn was the lack of proper door for the bathroom. Like idk who thought it would be ok to put a sliding door that does NOT lock and has wide gapping holes on the sides for these rooms. My parents and I had booked over here only to be amazed that we had to come up with a system for this. There were even times when the bathroom door would not close all the way. It would just bounce off. And there’s no way to lock it and make it stay. Like if you’re passing by, you’d get a straight view to the shower because of those side gaps between the door and the wall. It was just the most amazingly dumb set up. I think anyone would be anxious to use the toilet knowing anyone could walk right in. Two stars because the breakfast was good and they gave out water whenever you needed."

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Hampton Inn Boston-Westborough. I had Hilton customer service book me a room reservation using tens of thousands of my Hilton Honors points. Despite having a confirmation for my one night stay in October 2023, when I arrived at the hotel after 11pm, the front desk refused to honor my reservation or give me a room. I called ahead when I realized I'd be arriving late, but no one at the front desk answered. When I arrived, the manager, Ezekiel, was incredibly rude when I questioned why my confirmed reservation wasn't honored. He made no effort to accommodate me and I had to drive hours in the middle of the night to find another hotel. Even worse, Hilton has refused to refund my Honors points, equal to hundreds of dollars used to book this reservation, despite not providing the room I booked. It was an awful experience - my confirmed reservation not being honored, no one answering my call ahead of arrival, the rude manager, and Hilton refusing to refund my points. I will not be staying at this or any Hilton property again after this terrible experience. Do not recommend."

"Been a loyal Hilton customer for over a decade. Hilton is my first choice anytime when I need a hotel. I can never imagine writing a 1 star review for Hilton. I made reservation at 10pm on Oct 21st, 2023. I drove 1.5 hour to get to the hotel at 12:30AM. BTW, the hotel was about 15minutes out of the way. When I get to the hotel, I was told the reservation was cancelled. It may not seem like it's a big deal, but it's frustrating when I was tire and sleepy, and I had two young children in the car. To add fuel to the frustration, any other Hilton near this Hampton cost about 2.5x more expensive, that's $250 additional expense I didn't expect. I don't believe the cancellation was a honest practice."

"Sliding doors with a large gap provide almost no privacy for the bathrooms. Besides that and the size of the rooms (a bit small in my opinion) it’s a decent hotel. The Irish pub across the parking lot really is great."

"Awesome room. A little weird with a sliding door for the bathroom. Many outlets to charge devices. The breakfast selection was better then average although the coffee was a bit bitter. Great restaurant/brew pub across the parking lot so no need to drive around in a strange area."
