"We can't say enough about this amazing place!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and my girls love going to the dentist because of them."
"I had the pleasure of taking my youngest for his first dental visit today. Dr Myles Clancy was just superb. He took his time with him and even explained all he was doing for my 20 month old at every step. It was my sons visit and he took that opportunity to truly make it about him. Out of all the pediatric professionals we have met, having four children we have met a lot, he was honestly the most sincere and thoughtful in his exam and time with my son. It is clear he loves working with children and this is his calling. I am actually blown away by how perfect this visit was with him. Mary at the front desk is also warm and so inviting and was such a pleasure to talk to. We feel privileged to have our children have their oral health provided by this exceptional office. Thank you immensely. -Ciara Kazakis (Brian’s wife)"
"First and last time we came. The first time I spoke on the phone with the office I was very impressed and happy. I explained my five year old was hesitant about the dentist. They told me they would get the cleaning done in anyway they could. If my daughter wanted to sit on my lap. Or wanted to stand - they said they would work around her. I was very happy with that. Unfortunately those options didn’t even surface. They didn’t handle my daughter’s apprehensions well. Informing her to stop crying she will scare the other patients. The cleaning was done but it was rough. When the dentist came there was a point they were holding her down and my daughter was screaming. It was traumatic to say the least. I am very disappointed. Instead of treating the nerves and emotions of a five year old, they acted as if she was completely and utterly out of control. I was willing to give them another chance, but when I left I explained about my younger son. I explained he was very sensitive and had sensory issues. I explained that he would probably not allow them to look in his mouth. They informed me that with children like this, they would have the parent PHYSICALLY hold the child down and force the child’s mouth open. I was shocked and appalled that this was even a consideration. I will not be coming back and I definitely will not be recommending this dentist."
"The front desk staff is amazing, however, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the doctors. My oldest son is 11 years old and was in the room alone with Dr Mina while getting his dental work done and was told "he wouldn't be such a mouth breather, if he lost a little weight" I have never been more disgusted with an adult/professional in my whole medical career! This is a minor, first and foremost. We need to uplift and encourage them, not put them down, especially when you are unaware of a child's daily struggles. I then requested a different doctor (Dr Clancy) for my youngest son(9 years old) of which was having dental work. He had zero bedside manner. While drilling, my son was in tears asking him to stop due to the pain he was feeling and I myself had to step in and tell him to stop. He clearly does not have a way with children, nor does he know how to do his job correctly! He threw his hands up and referred my son to get IV sedation in another facility and stated on the referral "that my son was uncooperative." Needless to say, my son was evaluated by another facility and had his dental work done today WITHOUT IV sedation and told me he felt zero pain while they worked on his teeth. I do not recommend this dentist for anyone with children!"
