We were going to another dentist for a few years and they didn’t even catch it until we came here. I feel like if he came here from the beginning he never would had a root canal or need a tooth pulled. This place is very professional and they know what they’re doing highly recommend."

Despite being in foster care, there have been ongoing issues with Medicaid activation, and communication hurdles have made it difficult to address these issues effectively. Upon reaching out to discuss billing concerns, I was transferred to a third-party representative with limited English proficiency, which further complicated the situation. Despite our efforts, a resolution seemed elusive, and the dental office insisted on a cash payment before seeing my granddaughter, which I found to be both frustrating and concerning. This experience has raised questions about the accessibility and efficiency of the billing and communication processes within the dental office. It is my hope that improvements can be made to ensure smoother interactions for families relying on state programs for dental care."

Brooke (i think her name) was very accommodating and used some nifty water pic to clean my teeth because i hate the scraping sound.
