"I am thrilled to have found Alpha Dental as one of my in network providers! Not only are they saving me a pile of money, but I got an appointment right away even though I'm a new patient. I'm confident that I'm in good hands. The dental assistant and dentist couldn't have been nicer! Everything from start to finish was explained in great detail and I wasn't at all rushed. Both were gentle and put me at ease. Best of all, my finances are tight and I was worried that I would run up a bill I couldn't afford to pay. I really appreciated knowing up front, exactly the balance I will be responsible for after insurance so that I could plan accordingly. NO SURPRISES except how pleasant and welcoming everyone was. I was assured that if there were any costs that exceeded my initial quote, that I'd be advised in advance and they wouldn't proceed without my approval. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. She was also helpful in answering my questions when checking out and making my future appointment at MY convenience. I look forward to having Alpha Dental do the work required, as well as returning for my regular check-ups and cleanings to keep my teeth looking their best. I'm really excited to have found a dental practice that has exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alpha Dental to my friends and family for their dental needs. UPDATE: Just went in for my teeth cleaning and I'm still very pleased to have chosen Alpha Dental for my dental needs! The staff are friendly, professional, very gentle and understanding. They are happy to answer my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend Alpha Dental to anyone in need of dental work or maintainence."
