"Friendly staff, beautiful lobby and great location. I get snowed in in Milford a few times a year and will always choose here to stay. The cookies are a super highlight! Last I was there they were redoing the pool area so hopefully that will be fun next stay. They also seem to have a lot of events which seems fun."

"Big rooms with classic decorations, very comfortable and well equipped. The stuff is very helpful and committed: Olivia helped me a lot trying to solve a problem with my reservation caused by another platform with a very understanding attitude. Legend suff is also wonderful!"

"We booked our wedding hotel room block here, and had a mixed experience. Pros: -They offer the most amenities of hotels in the area which all worked out great. Guests enjoyed the pool, it was nice to have breakfast as an option (although it isn't free), and we had an informal after-party at the on-site restaurant. -The staff during our stay was wonderful. Our guests kept talking about the guy at check-in being so nice and funny, and the staff for my conference room while getting ready was very accommodating. They labeled and handed out our "welcome bags". They accommodated most people who needed to check in early. Cons: -It was a nightmare working with the group sales person on the room block. He would not respond for weeks at a time, even when we would be approaching deadlines that they set. There were constant mistakes made in room changes. They were 20 minutes late to our 30-minute final meeting in person. It was a very stressful experience throughout wedding planning, and an important one for us as we had over 70 rooms blocked with almost all of our guests traveling from out of town. -We were put in touch with a separate person for coordinating the conference room and catering while ladies got hair and make-up done for the wedding. This person and the original group sales person double-charged us for the conference space (and charged us different prices, to add to the mess) -When we booked the room block in 2022, they said they would be doing a full renovation of the rooms to start and finish by the end of 2022 and advertised that our guests would have a new, modern experience. Time passes, delays happen, they didn't even plan to start the renovation until the month after our wedding in 2023. Not a big deal, the rooms were fine, but just speaks to the management/group sales experience. Overall, it all worked out, and the only cons really impacted me and my husband planning things behind the scenes. But man, was it a headache."

"The hotel was amazing. Comfortable beds with great TV service. I’m very disappointed on the l staff in front end due to not explaining to customer that breakfast is an $18 coverage fee when done eating. It’s was my first time for breakfast in my stay there. Breakfast isn’t free. Most hotels are free breakfast. When I walked into the breakfast area no one stopped to mention “hey breakfast is an $18 coverage fee”. No one said that to me?"

"We booked a room block for our wedding here and it was fantastic! The staff was a joy to work with from booking and editing our block, to making sure our accommodations met our expectations once we had arrived. Some highlights of our stay were the warm cookies at check in, the comfortable beds, the fun restaurant and bar, and last but not least, the delicious breakfast buffet, which had more breakfast options than I've ever seen at any other hotel. We will definitely be staying here again!"
