"Very dissapointed. Everything here is great except for the mail room. There is no organization at all. Everyones packages are stacked in piles on the floor. I have had a package torn open and the contents stolen. Now I am hearing from other residents who have had the same issue with packages being stolen. Plus the resident message board is filled with posts about missing packages and mail. Something obviously needs to change here."

"My boyfriend lives here. My Christmas present was stolen from the mail room. Management has done nothing. Every time he asks for an update to see if they’ve gotten anything from the cameras, they somehow still haven’t. The package was right in front of the direction of the camera. It is highly likely the cameras are just for show and do not even record. This is how the packages were this morning. They do not care about your packages or money and will do nothing to help you even if they are at fault. You want someone to pay over 2,000 dollars in rent and will still be this careless?"

"Apartments are brand new, pet friendly, gym, social area, pool and car wash!!! The neighbors that I’ve meet so far are great people, specially the pet owners ;)"
