Domino's Pizza

"Order of 3 pizzas always takes an hr and a half to get to me for the past 4 months. If the app would let me choose a different dominos, I would. I could have Springfield(20 mins away) get to me faster. With less head ache. They never update the app either. Or let you know when it's dropped off. Last time I ordered, the diver ignored my request to leave it at the door and then made me take my own order out of his bag. He then gave me a dirty look and swore at me in Spanish under his breath thinking I don't know the language because I'm light skinned."

"I've been in the food industry for almost 20 years now and started out as a teenager doing delivery driving for various places. I wanted to give a shout out to my delivery driver tonight, Andrew. He was extremely personable and charismatic. When he told me the total and I told him how much cash I had on me, he immediately knew the math and told me what my change would be. Non management employees, such as Andrew, should be both recognized and commended for their outstanding service, by their management staff. Excellent Job!"

"We order dominoes all the time. But the last couple of months it is so ridiculous. It takes for ever to get our delivery. Like I am talking over an hour if not longer. We got an excuse one time they left with out one of your pizzas and came back we are remaking your order. OK well a phone call would of been nice. We like the pizza but really think we are going to have to start doing take out and go to a different one cause this one is going down hill. I have ordered for lunch and 30 min at my door. I don't know who works at night but don't seem like they are working. As of right now I have been in prep for the last hour. Can't wait to see if I get my order tonight."

"Time for a different pizza place. I usually don’t have any issues with Dominos but after spending 55 dollars and receiving my order at 7pm and ordering it at 515pm it’s pretty bad that it was cold like second day dominos pretty much. The cheese sticks didn’t have any cheese in them and they were the wrong sticks anyway. Pretty much nothing went right with this order. Took an hour to quality check and was overcooked wrong and cold. That’s just the truth. Oh well just won’t order here again."

"Usually have a good experience here, the Pizza is good. Cooked well & is done Super fast. The curbside carryout is a Plus. No complaints. Recommended."
