"Staff/owners are exceedingly friendly. Unfortunately the air conditioner is riddled with mold (visible) which made us ill. It is surprisingly loud due to the amount of traffic at the crossroads. Beds are old school spring mattresses. I would love to try again someday, the folks working there were very nice and I wanted to like it but there were too many downsides for the price. I would have expected this level of stay for half the price."
"Having never stayed at a motel before, we were a bit apprehensive. We were warmly welcomed but had to wait as we were early for check in. The wait was actually a peaceful reprieve sitting in quaint Adirondack chairs by the side of an idyllic manicured stream bank surrounded forested greenery and magical water sounds of serenity. K , the mid thirties owner, was eager to please us in a manner that was authentic, humble, vulnerable, and kind. The room was indeed cozy, newly renovated with all the expected amenities, a very modern bath, and everything was METICULOUSLY CLEAN! And, most importantly for our rest, the bed was extremely comfortable!"
