"Over all a nice stay. Staff was sweet and helpful. I did find it a bit strange that no one was in any type of a uniform though. Upon arrival we noticed a beautiful gas fireplace that would have been wonderful to warm up by, but the staff couldn’t get it working. We were unaware that the pool was closed due to work being done on the roof. It would have been nice to receive some sort of notification before checking in. The room wasn’t awful, but the inside of the closet was dirty & the body wash in the bathroom was empty. Not sure we’s stay here again."

"I have stayed at his hotel several times and rooms and ammenites are nice. My only complaing about the facilities is that the bar has never been open when I have stayed there. My greatest complaint is that I booked my last 4-night stay through the Marriott Bonvoy website at $154 per night and was charged $193 per night. Marriott Bonvoy says to call the hotel. The hotel says to call Marriott Bonvoy."

"I experienced a lot of stress! There is a long black hair on the pillow, a couple of the same hair was found under the covers on the next bed. Carelessly refueled, dirty bins, the room was dusty, they wanted to change the room but met with people from the next room who said that everything was the same with them. At the same time, they had the audacity to write a note (lying on the table) in which they were asked to leave a tip. The kitchen where there is coffee and tea is dirty and no one lifted a finger to remove it. And all this, attention! FOR $240!!!"

"It is the worst hotel I have ever been to. This was our first and last room here. The rooms were VERY DIRTY!!! And There was a hair in my pillow! The AC was moldy and had a lot of ash sticking to it!!!! At the moment I entered the room, I started sneezing and coughing because of how dirty the AC was. The trash cans were dirty and smelled disgusting. The breakfast wasn't good enough. I don't recommend coming here."

"Clean, comfortable beds and rooms. Nice front desk service (Keylon) and a good breakfast bar. Great location to the Williamstown and N. Adams area. A bar for a cocktail is also right off the lobby area, a nice touch for a thirsty traveler."
