It's almost like staying with family, but without the family drama. The views from the rooms are extraordinary, the atmosphere is inviting, and the owners are delightful. "My husband and I spent the last 4 nights here with our friends from Pennsylvania! What a quaint place and Joanne and Jim are wonderful hots! This is a ‘no frills’ place but impeccably clean with very comfortable beds. and the breakfasts are delicious! We all stayed in the barn (east and west rooms)which provide a private deck and patio! A short drive to Stockbridge and Lenox it is in a perfect location for all the area has to offer and at a very reasonable price. Since Art and I live within ‘commuting’ distance to Stockbridge we enjoyed our ‘staycation’ with our out of town friends and would stay here again! We highly recommend Conroy’s for a stay in the area! It’s perfect! Thanks Joanne, you are a gem! ❤️"

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at Conroy's B&B, which is tucked away in Stockbridge. Scattered about the grounds are various flower gardens and stone remnants of the old dairy farm on which the property sits. There is an inviting pool for a dip on a hot summer day. There are many seating areas on the grounds to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In fact, one evening, instead of restaurant dining, we went "al fresco" and enjoyed a wonderful picnic with a glass or 2 of wine on our deck, overlooking the gardens with the Berkshire Hills in the distance. Perfect! Our room (with a private bath) was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing with a generous portion of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, multigrain bread, juice and coffee or tea every morning and a different main course each morning, a frittata one morning and pancakes another. We were close to all that the Berkshires have to offer, Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Stockbridge village, just to name a few. Meeting Joanne was a pleasure. She is a very gracious hostess, thoughtful, interesting and an attentive innkeeper. We will be back. The MacDougalls"

"JoAnne and Jim are the hospitable hosts for this perfectly situated B&B. The yard is lovely, natural, and has special sitting areas. Inside the historic home, the rooms are spotless and have period furniture and decor. Breakfasts were a delight. One morning we had fresh pineapple, an assortment of cereals/homemade granola and Jim's special flapjacks. The next morning, along with the cereals and fresh fruit, we were served huevos rancheros on warm plates. At breakfast, we conversed with a Dutch couple and a Swiss couple- one of the pluses of staying at a small B&B. We will return."
