"My mother took my daughter to her appointment, as I had to work. My daughter called to check in and was told they were running about 30 minutes behind, which is fine. My daughter proceeded to give the woman on the phone my mother’s phone number to call when they were ready for her. They said after about 10 minutes, a woman came out and glanced around the parking lot, but never came to speak to them or anything, so they continued to wait. At around 45 minutes, my daughter called back and was told they tried calling all the numbers on file, though they did not try the number they were given, and checked the parking lot. They could no longer take my daughter for her appointment."

"Today's visit was handled in a timely matter and the doctor and assistant were certainly very capable. However, there was a certain lack of communication as to what was going to happen. Toward the end of a visit I heard a drill warming up. At the last visit there was extensive drilling to prepare for a crown. When I heard the drill, I was understandably concerned. It turned out she was just sharpening or filing down part of the material for my crown. More communication would have been appreciated. But overall, an easy visit and will plan on continuing to be a patient for quite a while."
