"They have one incompetent doctor. He put novocain in the wrong side of my mouth because he didn’t even look at the paperwork or my mouth. Then did a filling and missed a huge part of my cavity which ended up breaking the filling so they had to do it again. Because of that I needed a root canal. The receptionists don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to voicemails. Then when you finally get ahold of them, they are rude and demeaning and talk over you. I had an appointment for October to get the crown done on my root canal and they are telling me I’m lying and I never received a message stating when my appointment was. Even though it was a text and I tried to explain it to her and she got loud and rude with me. Awful doctor, awful receptionist, and a awful business. If I could give them negative reviews I would. Don’t waste your time."

"My girlfriend had an appointment with them and they injected Novacaine into the wrong side of her gums, then managed to damage a tooth they weren’t working on. Now, about four days later, she is in pain and was told to call back in an emergency, the receptionist(s) are letting the phones go to voicemail instead of doing what they are paid to do. This place is a joke, DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! Great Barrington has a dentist that takes Fallon Health, go there instead!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this place, this is completely unprofessional and ridiculous."

"Condescending dental assistant, very rude and had no clue what she was doing. Made comments about my weight, took a personal phone call in the middle of my cleaning, and was just overall not respectful. They are understaffed with 1 dentist who is not their half the time and when I asked for different dental assistant for my next appointment I was told that the person I saw today will be their only dental assistant AND their still taking new patients. Avoid this place at all costs."
