"I give Sally Beauty 5 stars for quality beauty supplies at reasonable prices. I am a frequent visitor to the Rio Grande location and always receive excellent customer service. Pam the manager is very personable and helpful. I try to mind my own business but I was in recently and overheard employees talking about her in disrespectful terms, to me it seemed like people who don’t want to work. I will continue to shop at Sally but I hope someone in the organization sees this and gives Pam some support. Thank You"

"I decided to go to Sally's beauty to find a hair color after a VERY bad highlight situation. I was feeling pretty embarrassed to show my face. As I grabbed my color quickly I was at the register where I met Josh and Pamela. I asked about the brand and explained that I was not feeling that great in this hair. It looked like I had on a very badly made wig. Anyhow, I explained my hair is breaking and dry and Josh grabs a conditioner. He asked me what Volume I had grabbed and I said 20 and he's like no you need a 10 and he grabbed it for me. Anyhow, I walked back out to my car and decided I wanted to go in one last time to make sure I had the right color. (I chose in less then 2 minutes which is rare for me) I went back in and Josh and Pamela greeted me. I just told them that I wanted to make sure I grabbed the right color. SO not only did he walk me down the Isle in this horrible hair to make sure I had the right color, he also complimented me (in a build my confidence kinda way). Thank you Josh and Pamela for helping me today feel more like a million dollars instead of $1 dollar. The color looks AMAZING! and I am so very happy with the color and the service I got today."
