"I shop at Christine's Upscale Retail at least once a week or so and usually leave with a purchase. There are always lots of new items and plenty to choose from. The store is ALWAYS clean and the ladies who work there are the most pleasant team you'll find in retail. I love that they know most of their customers by name and they give you room to browse but are always nearby if you have questions. LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE!!!!"

"I have known Christine since she first started her consignment business way, way back then. She had about a 1/4 of the store she has now and she has done this all on her own. Most of the women that work for Christine have been working for her for quite sometime. They are pleasant, helpful, accommodating and just all around nice people. I don't think the store would bring in as much business if that was not the case. I recently read a negative review on her website that just didn't make sense. So please don't let that keep you from stopping in and seeing for yourself."

"I wish I would have read Amber Allison's review sooner. Everything she said was true! My sister and I walked into the store, very neatly and nicely dressed having just come from a funeral, and we were not received warmly at all. No, "Welcome to Christine's" or anything of that nature. In fact, one of the store attendants walked right in front of me with a rack of clothes and never said excuse me. We walked in, saw a beautiful USED party dress with the price tag of about $2000, and seeing as though I could find a similar dress for at the least $1500 less with no one being able to tell the difference, we turned to walk out expecting to have a PROPERLY TRAINED sales associate approach us and ask us if we need any help or if we were looking for something specific. Not at Christine's! "And stay out!" was the vibe I got. Oh well, what can I do but say, there is a much hipper shop down on Gay Street in West Chester. Your time and money would be better spent there. No consignment shop is worth being treated like a ... Well you know."
