"Online buyer beware. Writing this review so I don't forget to not shop this CM location again. Received a fake Coach bag I purchased from their site and let them know immediately. Ordered the very small bag from them on 11.16 and received it on 11/24. Not sure why I paid $8.99 for the slowest shipping possible, on an item that weighed less than 1 pound? Anyway, they responded and said they were sorry for the "mistake"... I responded back to let them know selling fakes is not a mistake and that there are laws around selling counterfeit items and that they should be authenticating every bag they sell. They had nothing to say in response to that but they sent me a GROUND shipping label to return the bag. So I packaged up the bag and drove to the post office so I could ship it back to them. Now I have to wait for my refund when it was their fault. Complete waste of my time. Initially I wasn't going to leave a negative review but the GROUND shipping label just took the cake for me. Clearly this was NOT a "priority" for them. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this CM location. I also ordered a wallet in October and it just never came. Never even started tracking. It only showed that they created a label. It took them a month to refund me on that one."

"We went here after an abysmal experience at another store. Called before hand to see what they were accepting. We had a lot they may have wanted so told them we would be there soon. They never mentioned that they were slammed and could not get to any additional customers selling. Also, when asked how long the wait was they would not even give a rough estimate. We drove 30 minutes to be jerked around. Would not recommend."

"IMO- My worst shopping experience ever! Management did not honor what they said they would do, and “waived” charges only to deduct them from my refund. I’ve made my LAST purchase from this CM! (Nice try at an "excuse", but after THREE WEEKS and shipping status shows that item had not even been received by the carrier from your store, I wouldn't call that "on track for delivery"! Mgr then promised to waive the chargeback fee and send me a "FREE" return shipping label if I would return item, which I promptly did. For store owner to then go back and deduct the fee and shipping cost from my refund was deceptive business practice IMO. Why would you even send me a "free" shipping label if you expected me to ship it back at my own expense? That should be enough proof of what the mgr told me (despite what she may have told you, the owner)."

"Today was my second time taking items to Clothes Mentor, the first time I was low balled in payment for my items, but I let it slide and accepted what I was given, but this time, I took a brand new Coach watch, still in the box, a almost new pair of Jordans, and almost new pair of Adidas, and was given, $41. !!!!! I still can't get over this, I didn't realize what they purchased out of my bag until I got home, because they gave a couple items back that they supposedly couldn't use. But I feel like I was robbed! They will most definitely resale my items for a whole lot more. Never again! If I wanted to give my belongings away, I would have done so myself"

"The employees are friendly and helpful! Great selection women’s clothing, shoes sometimes, handbag/wallet and a few pieces of jewelry. I think the team there now is doing a great job with organization and purchasing items! Sometimes the items can be overpriced and some items can have some stain or not completely in great shape, you should really look!"
