"I scheduled a new patient appointment which I took time off of work for. I scheduled this appointment on January 8th to be seen at this office January 17th. I was sent a text message and an email to have the appointment confirmed. 2 days before the appointment, I was called and told I wasn’t able to be seen because the doctor is on maternity leave. why was this appointment even available in the first place? Pro tip- You probably shouldn’t offer new patient appointments on a doc’s schedule who is close to giving birth."

"Erin, Anita, Dr Monica are my girls I love them. I got an emergency appointment, cleaning, and cavity filling scheduled and done within about 3 weeks. Super fast and such good people!"

"Not a fan of their greedy business practices. We called for an emergency exam for my 7 y/o daughter, explained she had multiple cavities but the urgent issue was one with pain that has become an abscess and needs “extraction.” I arrive 2 days later and they take 2 X-rays and tell me they can’t perform ANY of the work because of her age. She has no fear of dentists and got these 4 cavities previously filled with zero pain meds/gas so she’s the ideal patient. Isnt this a family dentist? Dentist suggested we go to a specialist to sedate her for one baby tooth root canal and 5 baby teeth cavities so I didn’t have to have “15 appointments.” I said I wanted the extraction instead and she said they can’t do it and she doesn’t even prescribe antibiotics. We scheduled this appt specifically to move forward with an extraction and prescription and walked away with pain, wasted time and lost money. Paid $145 for an emergency exam, still waited 2 days, when a new patient exam is only $59 and they get a cleaning and full set of X-rays. When I called and said I had a 7 y/o with mouth pain, they should have said at that time, oh I’m sorry but let’s save you $145 since we can’t actually perform that work, reach out to a pediatric dentist instead. I didn’t need them to tell me what I can see with my own eyes in her mouth, no X-ray even needed. We can clearly see the fillings fell out and now one has an infection. I didn’t even get a write up of findings when I specifically asked the dentist when she was done. The back office dental assistant was amazing and really great with kids. She gets 5 stars, office gets none. One of the girls up front called another dentist and helped squeeze us into their busy schedule (another emergency exam) which I appreciate but that office was just too busy and couldn’t perform the work for weeks. With that said, that wasn’t worth $145. Also, the lil grab bag toy my daughter pulled was a mini bubbles but had no attached wand so she had to throw it in the trash. Do better."

"I wish I could give them 10 stars, this place is beyond incredible. I’ve had several last minute emergencies that seemed impossible to get done, and every single time, they helped me with smiles on their face, and never made me feel bad. I have really bad anxiety, and the staff here always makes me feel so safe and they always accommodate me. They remember me, even put on my favorite music before I even come in for my appointment. I beyond highly recommend Pearl Family Dentistry, they are so wonderful and I am so lucky to have found a great place like this. You need to go here"

"As someone who struggles with severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, Dr. Patel and her assistant Erin strived to ensure that I was comfortable and content!! They genuinely care about their patients well-being during and after their appointments. 100% recommend Dr.Patel, she is great! - A few reviews down someone had said Dr.Patel only cared about her money… FAR FROM TRUE!!!!!! Dr.Patel took the time to ask numerous questions about myself personally (since I want to go into healthcare) and took the time to get to know me on a personal level. Was also making sure that I was okay throughout my procedure. She genuinely wants to build a relationship, especially with new patients."
