"My daughter was a new patient and as soon as I walked in, the older receptionist already had a nasty attitude. I understand people get tired and frustrated at times but if you’re working at a pediatrics office, you should not be showing your patients how stressed out you are and definitely no need to be rude and nasty to people. Second time my daughter was seen there, the male doctor just dismissed her and said she had a UTI but didn’t give her antibiotics or do any type of tests to determine this. Had to take her to the urgent care where she was treated a lot better and my medical concerns for her were addressed. Definitely going to look into to a new pediatrics because this one definitely isn’t it. Need to hire new staff asap!"

"Great staff. Medical Assistants are super friendly and always both helpful and caring. They get you in quick for appointments and get my child back in the room almost immediately. We love the consistency and that we’re always greeted with a smile! Dr. Christine Lampone is our favorite because we see her each time, but I’ve met some of the other doctors for sick visits and they’re all amazing."

"My children and I absolutely love Advocare Township Pediatrics! I always joke with the staff that I should get a job here because I feel like I’m in the office every other day. I have five kids so it’s not surprising that I’m there often. We’ve been coming to this office for over 12 years and will never go anywhere else. From the front desk staff who are always helpful and kind when you call for an appointment, to the nurses who take vitals, and then to the doctors you see during your visit, everyone is absolutely amazing! They make you feel like family and just make the kids feel so comfortable and at ease even when they are in pain or are about to get their vaccines. Every single doctor at this practice is great. I never have a preference when they ask because I know each one is fantastic. I love that I get phone reminders that I need to schedule well visits. I mean with five kids, I’d never remember to schedule them all, so the reminders are awesome. I also love how I can call in the morning with a sick or injured kid and they make sure we are seen that day. There is almost never any wait time in the waiting area or in the rooms waiting for the doctor to come in. If you’re looking for a pediatrician, this is the practice you want to call. You will not be disappointed!"

"Dr. Hyman is the best pediatrician for my kids. She is always so engaging with them, patient when they are crying, listens to all my concerns and never makes me feel dumb for asking questions. I always feel so comfortable when she walks in the room and my kids absolutely love her. We will never go anywhere else because of her. Thank you Dr. Hyman for all of your wonderful care. Also, my 5 year old recently came for a vaccine and for the first time in her life she didn’t cry and said she didn’t event feel it. I wish I could remember the nurse’s name but she was great and I hope she is there every time we need a vaccine."
