"Last year. I made an 2:30 appointment. I had to go a have recognition and walk through a medal detector. Once I made it through TSA! I Canceled. I'm from Brooklyn, NY! I Canceled and made it clear UNLESS I am in a world country in the middle of war, I WILL NEVER SEEK MEDICAL CARE UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS! I have a great medical network. It's annoying to get robo calls from you guys. It's worst trying to SPEAK TO A HUMAN!"

"Calling since Monday (8/7/23)to get an appointment and now it's Friday (8/11/23)and no one has call me back.. I asked to speak with a supervisor and of couse they take your information and still no call back.."
"The attitudes with the staff is unbelievable and most of them hate coming into work (the young ones). They act as if you owe them something. You sit at least an hour after your appointment time. You may leave ten messages over a weeks time for the dental department and don't get a return call back. The GYN doctor is disrespectful and rude with a bad attitude. If you DON'T want to work on a community (inner city) get a job elsewhere but leave the BS at home."
