"The staff at the desk are nice but both times I have been here I have had long waits to see Dr Kazlo. Today, I waited almost 40 mins in the exam room for her. During this time...I asked the nurse how much longer will the Dr be and she said "she is making her way down the hallway with patients" and didn't know how much longer I would have to wait. I walked to the desk and told the nurse I was leaving. I said I can't wait around all day for the Dr as I had other things to do. I hate doctors who think patients can just wait around for them. We have lives and priorities as well!"

"Would have been a new patient. Someone named Robin answered the phone and wow if this is what represents this family practice they should be very concerned! Rude, rude, rude!! Clearly Robins customer service skills are not her strong suit. Acted annoyed that I had questions!! I’m sorry new patients usually have questions! Definitely NOT going here! I will look for another Dr that hopefully does a better job at hiring the front desk staff!!"

"Dr. Kazlo is a fantastic doctor. I struggle to find doctors that take the time to listen to my concerns; that don't downplay what I'm experiencing as "just anxiety" due to being young and female; that are knowledgeable, personable, and caring. The times I have seen Dr. Kazlo I have felt at ease, understood, and valid, despite feeling vulnerable with what ailed me. She takes her time to listen and I never feel rushed. My only regret is that it took so long to find her and that I'll be moving abroad. I would take her with me if I could!"

"Dr Delcollo and his staff are the best medical professional office I have ever been to. They are helpful, friendly, and easy to make an appointment with especially when it's last minute and they are booked they usually can squeeze me in if it is urgent. I have switched my entire family to this practice including my kids due to the excellent service I have received."
